We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! You will implement protocols created by our surgeons for physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.


  • Develop and implement therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation

  • Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery

  • Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress

  • Record and document patient care services

  • Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care


  • Licensed PT State of Florida

  • Master's Degree

  • Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field

  • Ability to handle physical workload

  • Ability to build rapport with patients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong leadership qualities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Job Description: Phone Reception and Patient Outreach

Developing and Executing Patient Engagement

· With the managing director develop the phone room operating plan

· Execute on the inbound plan

· Execute on the outbound and communication plan

Managing Practice Calls

· Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate person

· Make, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using Allscripts PM

· Conduct outbound calls to patients for information and confirmations as needed.

· Patient Experience Quality and Efficiency

· Verify all referral and radiology documents for appointments are loaded in Allscripts PM

· and EHR

· Scan patient records and lab reports using Allscripts PM and EHR

· eFax office notes to Primary Care Physicians when necessary using Allscripts EHR

· Answer and/or redirect Follow My Health and KLARA patient communications

· Coordinate new patient information and appointments

· Track ER Call schedule

Continuous Improvement

· With all other departments continuously implement improvement processes and systems

· Stay up-to-date on processes and technology for call centers

· Educate all staff on the processes and responsibilities of the Engagement Center

Backup Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist Front Desk check-in and check-out when needed
